Congratulations ! FJMGP is now finally registered and recognized at the Philippine Embassy, Tokyo . We extend our goals and objectives with our Partners for Peace as follows :

In short span of time, amazingly, monthly events were organized and held successfully. It all started with The Reunion 2008 in April where family friends from far north of Sendai down to far south Hiroshima came over to celebrate FJMGP birthday. Followed by joining YFWP`s 5th Global Family Festival . In May, FJMGP met PAG members in a Filipino community fellowship party. Philippine Embassy in Japan oranized the Migrant Worker`s Day & 110th Philippine Independence Day in June. FJMGP was among the volunteer staff for Medical Services and Peace & Order Committe. The first Service for Peace in Niigata prefecture was held in June initiated by Niigata FJMGP members by visiting senior citizens once a month to help in the household. At the Immigartion Awareness Forum in July, some FJMGP members attended to extend useful information across the Philippine community network. Also, FJMGP representatives participated at a Bennefit Concert for the victims of Typhoon Frank that hit Central Philippines last June. Upcoming summer event with IFA is scheduled on August 15,16,17 for 2008 Summer Camp .
