1M Family Volunteer @ Arakawa River Clean-up
scheduled for Nov.9, 2008
As part of the GPF-Japan program, FJMGP will join other GPF peace partner organization in doing service for peace activity along the Arakawa River this coming Nov.9. FJMGP members outside Tokyo will be joining the series of clean-up activities on scheduled in each areas of different prefectures nationwide from now until Nov.13. It is a good opportunity to strengthen our families ties through working together with other families in serving our community and protecting the environment for everyone`s sake.

Time: 9:30 pm - 12:30 pm
Meeting Time: 9:20 am
Meeting Place: Horikiri Bridge
Access: 5 minutes walk from Horikiri Station of Tobu Isezaki Line
Bring: Working Gloves, Hand Towel
Wear: comfortable clothes , rubber shoes or working boots
FJMGP members, please wear our purple shirt , or anything purple
Other Filipino groups can wear purple too or your group’s shirt
Notes: Wear mask if you have allergies
Even if it rains, the clean Up is pushing thru, just bring raincoat and rain boots
If there are changes, it will be announced
